As part of its commitment to delivering a more sustainable travel experience, SWISS sought to rethink its Economy Class tableware concept. The goal was to reduce onboard waste and increase the use of reusable products while continuing to offer passengers a high-quality dining experience.

Working closely with SWISS, deSter developed a reusable tableware collection designed to enhance meal presentation, improve durability and support more sustainable onboard operations.

Combining thoughtful design, durable materials and brand-aligned aesthetics, the collection was created to integrate seamlessly into the SWISS Senses service concept while balancing passenger comfort, operational efficiency and environmental performance.
